01.Information We Collect
We collect your Google account email and read-only access to your Gmail messages solely to extract business leads on your behalf. We do not store raw email content — only the structured lead data (name, contact, intent) extracted by AI.
02.How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to provide the Zintai CRM service — extracting leads, drafting replies, and displaying them in your dashboard. We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
03.Data Storage & Security
Lead data is stored securely in encrypted databases. Gmail OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time from your Google account settings or the Zintai settings page.
04.Third-Party Services
We use Google OAuth for authentication, Anthropic Claude for AI processing, and Razorpay for payments. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.
05.Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your leads and OAuth tokens are permanently removed within 30 days.
